Hot Chocolate: Yield 1 serving
1/2 c. whole milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2- 2T. sugar
2 1/2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Pinch of cinnamon & unsweetened cocoa powder
1 T. whipping cream or heavy cream
marshmallows, graham crackers crumbs
1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the milk, cream, & sugar and heat until sugar is dissolved. Add chocolate & cinnamon, whisk constantly until chocolate is melted. Do not let mixture boil.
2. Rub butter around the rim of a mug, dip into graham cracker crumbs to coat, fill the mug with hot chocolate. Place whipped cream and marshmallow on top & sprinkle with cocoa powder, if desired. Serve immediately, with additional graham crackers. Enjoy!
