Smoothies is one my quick breakfast meals on the go. Smoothies are very nutrition before & especially after a good workout! Our mothers’ were right eat your fruits & veggies it helps us to be fit & strong. Moms’ what would we do with out them!

Smoothies is full of creative suggestions for adventurous mixtures of fruits, nectar juices, sorbet, frozen yogurt, soy milk, & for that special occasions, a little champagne or rum! Smoothies can also replace a one meal during the day. Smoothies also keep you full.

This is similar to drinking a ice cream black cherry shake. This soooo good!

cherry cola smoothie

Serves 2 friends

3/4 c. cola ( decaf is fine)

2 c. pitted & halved fresh cherries, frozen

1 c. nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

1 t. fresh lemon juice

1 t. cherry extract (optional)

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth
