I hope everyone had a beautiful Valentine’s Day, mine’s was lovely. Everybody loves cheesecake, I know it’s one favorite dessert here in NYC. I love the New York style plain cheesecake topped with cherries, along with a fun flavors like Chocolate Caramel Pecan, Pumpkin, Eggnog, Rocky Road, Key Lime and etc. So this weekend in case you have friends or family dropping by, this is one dessert that will  please everyone’s palate, you’ll be one popular host or hostess on the social media.

It’s very simple to make and you’ll spend less time in the kitchen and more time doing other things. These dessert shooters are very light and fluffy with a crunch, with flavors of sweet and salty that pairs well with the caramel sauce.
