August 18, 2012- Leslie’s Graduation Cake

Leslie just graduated from Culinary school she wanted a cake to represented who she is as a chef just starting out.

Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, gum paste decorations- vegetables, utensils, bowl, rolling pins. Kitchen floor is made from fondant.

Chocolate Buttercream Cake, filled with chocolate glaze. Spongebob’s House was made from Rice Krispy Squares, covered in orange fondant, the doors  & window was made with gray fondant, palm leaves covered in green gum paste. Patrick made with pink gum paste, sand were made from graham cracker crumbs. Gary made with gum paste & edible food markers.
